We as a family couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had all of our children and grandchildren in the same unit. It was perfect for us. The property was so fun the kids loved the water slides and pools. Thank you.

#77 was decorated super cute and the bunk room was amazing for all the Labrum girls to share and enjoy our trip. We had a great time and loved staying at Arcadia!

Tournament Champs!!!
We brought our soccer team and opted to stay at Arcadia and make the drive into Mesquite. It was perfect. The large kitchen, double dishwasher and extra fridge in the garage make this unit extra good for traveling teams. Plenty of space and the ping pong and Switch provided plenty of entertainment between games. Highway 91 was a piece of cake to get to/from the Mesquite sports complex.

Great place

Amazing
We stayed in unit 77 for our mom/kid trip and we loved the Arcadia resort and definitely will be back soon , already planning our next vacation there . The unit was immaculately clean , had all the amenities you would need , close to both pools and club house .

Team House Extraordinaire!!!
We traveled with a team of 17 boys and three adults. #77 was perfect for our group and the bunk room was a great space! The ping pong table and game console provided hours of entertainment! The garage fridge was a plus as we had a lot of food and snacks to feed hungry boys! Future development/builds should really consider a double oven, but otherwise, no detractors at all! Bring your games, enjoy team/family meals! The clubhouse has additional games and a gym and Arcadia is really convenient to everything in the St. George area!

Premium Experience
Really enjoyed our stay here. Great layout and amenities…outdoor fireplace, ping pong table, Nintendo Switch, board games, massive TVs, outdoor hot tub, spacious kitchen and dining area. The house was really well maintained and you could tell the house was furnished well. I couldn’t believe how many this home could sleep comfortably. LOVED THIS HOME! Going to stay here again.

A Perfect Spot for Gathering!
We stayed here with our extended family and had the best weekend! Not only was the home well furnished, and clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds, but the amenities of Arcadia cannot be beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Retreat
This unit is brand new and way bigger than we anticipated. Could easily accommodate our family of five plus other groups of cousins. Never felt like we were on top of each other. The amenities in the unit (Nintendo, arcade games, TVs and hot tub) were incredible and the proximity to the clubhouse and pool were very convenient. We loved the location in St George close to Snow Canyon. Highly recommend this location for a meet up of family and friends!

Family fun
A gorgeous new house with beautiful decorations and comfortable beds. It’s a perfect place for large family gathering. Plenty of spaces to enjoy each other. Large kitchen for big meals, two dishwasher was very nice to have. Lots of seatings indoor and outdoor. It is also located in a beautiful red rock area, the drive there was breathtaking. Lots of beautiful hiking area near by, and very close to Tuachan for shows. We’ll be coming back!

Highly recommended!
The space was perfectly designed with much thoughts put into it for a big family gathering. Nice open spacious living, dining, and gethering areas with enough seatings and furniture for everyone (inside and outside). Each bed room was just like staying in a hotel with all necessary accommodations or better. The kitchen had all necessary tools and gadgets for basic needs. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, big and fun!
The house was huge to fit all our family! There was a pack and play, kitchen was stocked with great appliances, so much seating for eating, and lots of great games (board and video). The hot tub was great and bedrooms were so comfortable and everything is beautiful, we can’t wait to return!

Amazing Place to Stay
My family has stayed at different units at Arcadia over the years, but this one was by far the best. It's brand new - so the carpet, furnishings, and everything really feel that way. The layout is huge, and each bedroom (for the adults) has a secluded feel. The wifi is great, each room has a giant TV, the proximity to the pool is fantastic, and it appears that there will be an adult pool finished soon which is directly behind the unit. There is an extra fridge and freezer in the garage. There's an in-ground hot tub on the back porch with a gas fireplace. We're definitely coming back here again. Perfect for a several family get together. We did 4 families this time and it was just right.

July visit
We had a really good time staying at arcadia. The pool was awesome. The house was great too! It was clean and had so much space to relax hang out and enough things to do to keep the kids busy so the adults can talk. Its right next to Tuacahn so you can see outdoor plays. There is a really nice Harmons nearby for shopping. Snow canyon is also close by for any outdoor hiking you want to do. There is no shortage of things to do here but it is such a comfortable space it is hard to want to leave.

Amazing!
This brand new and very well-appointed villa was simply amazing! The decor was beautiful and impeccably designed with everything our family of 16 needed (including a Nintendo Switch for the kids!) Everyone decided this was definitely the best villa at Arcadia. Thank you for making our family outing so perfect!
