Maintenance Tech
Description: We are seeking highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the resort's facilities and villas to the highest standards, ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment for our owners and guests. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set encompassing various areas of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, spa maintenance, basic home repair, IT, landscaping, and more.
Shifts Available: 1 full time and 1 part time position available.
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour DOE
Guest Services Representative (Seasonal)
Description: We are seeking a friendly, highly motivated and organized individual to join our Guest Services Team. As a key member of our Clubhouse staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience. This position involves a variety of tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, greeting guests, managing reservations, operating the point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized retail area.
Shifts Available: Seasonal starting from March through Labor Day, with possible extension into October if needed.
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
Grill Attendant (Seasonal)
Description: We are looking for individuals to work in our pool-side grill. The grill has a walk-up window but also takes pool-side and online orders. Seating is outside at the pool. As a Grill attendant you would be taking orders, preparing food, operating a POS system and till, and delivering food to guests at the window or pool side. You would also be asked to clean the tables and empty trash at the area in front of the grill.
Shifts Available: Seasonal - Can work some in March and April to help with Spring Breaks. Full time/Part time shifts Memorial Day – Labor Day.
Starting Pay: $12.50 per hour
Pool Attendant (Seasonal)
Description: Maintain pool area by ensuring only guests with wristbands are at the pool, doing pool counts, cleaning tables/loungers, taking out trash, refilling inner tubes, opening/closing umbrellas, and gathering/washing/folding pool towels. You will need to be able to speak courteously with guests, and escort guests without wristbands to the front desk.
Seasonal Shifts Available: Seasonal - Can work some in March and April to help with Spring Breaks. May - September shifts are outside in hot summer weather. Sunday rotation required.
Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour
Housekeeper (Year-round)
Description: We are seeking a dedicated Operations Employee to join our team, responsible for housekeeping in vacation rental properties and resort common area cleaning. The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in housekeeping or related fields, be able to work independently, or on a team, and have excellent attention to detail. Efficiency is vital.
Shifts Available: Full time and part time hours available year-round.
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Housekeeping Assistant (Seasonal)
Description: Perfect for those with little to no cleaning experience. Our assistants help prepare houses for cleaning and keep common housekeeping areas clean and organized.
Shifts Available: Part time seasonal available.
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
