Description
Now offering one of Arcadia's first villas with a PRIVATE POOL (in-ground, dimensions of 16'x37')! Arcadia #66 is a brand new 5-bedroom/6-bathroom villa sleeping up to 20 people! This home is the ultimate retreat for families and groups looking to stay at Arcadia! Enjoy the best of both worlds with access to the beloved Arcadia pools, water slide, lazy river, and clubhouse while having access to a private pool at your own home! Other amenities include a pool table, Xbox, multi-game arcade, and fire pit.

Pool usage fee is included in reservation fees and is required. Please note, these homes have 2 adjoining interior doors for added convenience when renting both villas together (Arcadia Double Dippin'). These are located off the kitchen and upstairs family room. They operate identical to a hotel style adjoining door system and feature a deadlock on each side for privacy and security when renting the unit individually.

Couldn’t have been better
This best was absolutely perfect. Very clean and everything you need. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and space. The spa was hot in minutes and super enjoyable.

Such a fun place to visit

Arcadia Resort
What a hidden gem! We’ve been to various resorts and this one ranks with the best. First class accommodations. Large villas with bathrooms for each bedroom. Our kids had plenty to do - pool, kids pool, lazy river, hot tubs, indoor games, fitness gym, pickleball, electric bikes, unlimited soda (with purchase of a mug)… again, plenty to do. Not only is there a wide variety, but the quality of each activity is excellent. They pay attention to the details. Well be back!

Perfect for family vacation
We loved our time at Arcadia. The unit is very spacious. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. What we like most are the resort amenities that you don’t get at a random Airbnb. We love the giant pool and slide, poolside grill (they walk around samples), refillable fountain drinks at the clubhouse, kids art classes, rentable e bikes, Easter egg hunt, and lots of other small details that make all the difference. We will definitely be coming back!

The absolute best!
Perfectly clean, beautiful home. The bunk room was sturdy and safe for the kids. So many activities for everyone and the pool was heavenly! I’m already booking again for the summer!

Absolutely Wonderful
We had our whole family in for a wedding. Rather than having people sleeping on the floor at our house we decided to stay at Arcadia Unit #66. I don’t know that we were the first people to stay in that unit but it sure felt like it was. Everything was brand new and spotless. The unit was stocked with just about anything we could need for our stay. The private pool was a big winner with our group. Although we did not have any little children and the resort pool is fun, the private pool was constantly in use. For our group it was well worth the extra money. The outdoor fire pit was also a big winner for sitting around and having conversations until late at night. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this unit for anyone hoping to accommodate 16 people or so. Even the bunk room had good beds and mattresses. An absolute 5-STAR experience for our family of of 15.
