Fantastic!!!

2nd visit to Arcadia
Villa #17 was awesome. It had plenty of room for our party of 15. We spent every day at the pool and hours in the lazy River. The price was much more affordable than other places we found. We will be back.

Bring your individual family, or a whole group and enjoy what Arcadia and unit #17 have to provide. Neat, clean, roomy, the resort has a lot of fun things to do - you don't even have to leave!

A Wonderful Week
We had three families (a group of 12, total) stay at Arcadia for spring break. Everyone had a great time, and there was more than enough room for everyone. By the second day, the kids were asking if we could come back again next year!

Perfect Mother-Daughter weekend get away!
We started the tradition of a mother-daughter weekend several years ago. We have 4 generations of girls. Thus was the first time we stayed at this resort and we had an amazing time. The house was beautiful with lots of space for sleeping and gathering. The pool was so nice. Plenty of chairs for everyone and features for every age. We all voted to come back again next year.

We loved our stay. We gave our kids and grandkids this vacation for Christmas. It was everything we hoped it would be. The house we stayed in was perfect for our group and the resort had something g fun for everyone!

Arcadia #17….WOW!!!! We had a great time coming back again! It’s close to everything in the area and after work we had fun at the pool which is right there out the back door and then enjoy med the private spa at night. What a great stay! We’ll be back for sure!!!

Beautiful #17
We loved our stay at beautiful #17. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children could not have been more comfortable with this home. The hot tub was a hit since the weather was a little chilly in the evenings. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each family having their own bathrooms was perfect! We will definitely come back and would recommend Arcadia Resort to our friends.

Beautiful Property
This property is beautiful with one of the best locations at the resort. Very comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything worked perfectly except the Coffeepot which Zach took care of immediately. We would recommend this property and we will definitely return for another fun family get together.

The unit is absolutely beautiful and one of the best locations on the property! We had so much fun and we went on ebike rides each day right from this location. The biking trails are endless and the scenery so beautiful! We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful, super clean, easy access to the pool and clubhouse amenities! We loved our private spa just out the backdoor slider on the patio deck especially with the weather getting a little cooler at night and in the mornings. We'll be back for sure!!! So comfortable, just like home!!!

What a great trip! Arcadia #17 is as beautiful as ever and so close to the pool! just a short walk across the grass and your at the entrance gate! So convenient and having out own private spa for late at night was so relaxing and nice! We rented Ebikes this trip and rode up to Snow Canyon Park. WOW, it is unbelievably beautiful and so easy to get there! Thanks for letting us use the free pass to enter the park! What a great trip! I give it 10 out of 10! We'll be back to Arcadia #17 again, that's for sure!

Best Rental Ever
Absolutely loved Arcadia #17. Beautiful place to stay with LOTS of room to spread out. Clean and plush. Of all the units there I think this one is the best because of the lawn area and view of the pool and amenities. We loved having our own hot tub as well! I can't say enough good about this place. It has become our families new favorite vacation destination.

Great Family Getaway
We loved our experience at fact before we left we had already decided to change our spring break plans and come back a month later. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. There was a ton of space with a great mix of king size and kids beds to accomodate multiple families. We were super happy with the hot tub on the deck and also the pool and other facilities at the clubhouse. Everyone had a great time.

Awesome Family Weekend!
This was a wonderful getaway for me, my kids, and grandkids. The home was beautiful, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt cramped for space. The kitchen layout was one of the best we have ever experienced. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together and work in the prep area without being on top of each other. The decor was gorgeous. The home is perfectly located near the pool and the grandkids loved being in the pool and having a hot tub at the house.

The upstairs family room is amazing. The huge couch was a family favorite.

Arcadia personnel were extremely professional and helpful from the moment I booked the house to the time we checked out.

Close proximity to Harmon's for groceries and St. George for other stores, etc.

Only complaint...a few extra dish towels/dish cloths would be helpful. Hard to get by for four days with only two.

All in all...a perfect weekend!!
