A Perfect Family Reunion
We loved our stay at the Arcadia Resort! The house was beautiful, big and spacious, and the wonderfully fun and exciting water park area mwas a blast! Our family all agreed it was the perfect vacation! Thank you Arcadia!

Met All Expectations!
My wife and I (73 “year young” parents of 4 children & 17 grandchildren) hosted our annual “Cousin Camp” at Arcadia over Thanksgiving Week. It was the ideal venue for this family gathering! The hiking, biking, pool, lazy river, hot-tub, Clubhouse, fire pit (for S’mores) and nearby Pickleball Courts provided everything our family needed to make unforgettable memories. The Villa accommodations were comfortable, specious and well-equipped. There was plenty of room to spread out when needed. But to gather for meals, board games, card games and other group activities. There were plenty of TV’s for the kids to watch their shows, movies and play video games while the parents watch sports or their own movies. Sure it expensive to rent a Villa in Santa Clara for a week, but it was much more fun (and much less expensive) than a family cruise or owning a second home in Southern Utah to accommodate such an event! The only issue we had with the Villa we rented was that some of the beds ( in the Master) had seen better days. Of course, everyone has their own bed preferences so it may have just been that we are accustomed to a higher quality mattress. We’ll let the owners decide that based on feedback for us, as well as other guests. Our family wholeheartedly recommends Arcadia Resort!

Unit 4
We loved our time here!! This was our second year here for a Girls Golf Trip. We had 8 ladies and the accommodations are great! Every room had its own bathroom which we loved. The kitchen and open living room area was great for meals and games at night. We LOVED the mopeds we rented one morning for a ride up into Snow Canyon. So much fun!! The surrounding area is gorgeous whether walking the trails or scootering. We are coming back every year!!

Great Family Vacation
The Villa was clean, new, spacious, and wonderful. Enjoyed the pool as well. Great location. Near many amenities and things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect everything!!! Place , location and venue !!!
This was a last minute idea we had about three weeks ago. We wanted to take our family and grandchildren somewhere that would be accommodating to all of us . Including three babies . This resort is in the perfect location . Everything was clean, staff was always friendly and resourceful. Our family is already looking forward to the next time!!!

Why go to Disneyland when there's Arcadia Resort!
Awesome! We have stayed in St. George many times and after staying here we will not stay anywhere else. #4 has every appliance, utensil, grill, beds, spacious...The pool is unreal, games, clubhouse, scooters, ebikes, fitness gym..truly unbelievable. 3 miles from Snow Canyon, Harmons grocery store 1/2 mile.

Wonderful stay @ Arcadia Resort
We had a large family gathering for Thanksgiving and rented two side by side properties @ Arcadia. Wonderful facilities. Kids loved the pool & hot tubs in spite of colder than expected weather (light snow).

Great spot!
We had a great experience at Arcadia. First, the location is great if you're looking to hit national and state parks, and the view of Snow Canyon is wonderful. The rental unit was fantastic ... brand new, well-finished, with WAY more than enough room for our family. The resort amenities were great as well ... with a few small caveats. There is a great pool/lazy river, a clubhouse with games/activities for the kids, and a snack bar with cheap food options. As of August 2019, there is still a "work-in-progress" feel to the resort though. Several units are still under construction, and the resort seems to be working out a few small kinks (e.g., key fobs for the pool gate, open hours of the snack bar). Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot.

Super Fun

Great staff and great stay!!!
Everyone, especially Shari and Jan, were awesome to work with and so friendly and helpful! The place was beautiful and very clean, and the extras like the awesome pool area and clubhouse amenities were great! I would definitely stay there again! Oh, and it was close to Tuacahn and not far from restaurants, groceries, etc. The area is beautiful! We found a neat place to take family pictures while we were there.

MAGICAL
There are not enough words to describe the wonderful time we had at Arcadia. Everything was as perfect as it could be--the 2 side by side homes we rented, the pools, the clubhouse, the location, the employees. We had a WONDERFUL, MARVELOUS time! We had a big group of 32 people and found splitting the family into two units worked better than us all being in one larger home elsewhere. I hate to give a glowing review because I'd like to keep the knowledge to ourselves--ha ha. We lived 5 nights in luxury.

Very nice and comfortable
Where we normally travel with our family and require 3-5 hotel rooms. We loved that we were able to get this entire house for cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. Each individual room was like its own hotel room so you had privacy but then also had the added luxury of 2 massive living spaces to relax in as well as an amazing kitchen and dining area. Not a single negative thing about our experience.
