We can’t wait to come back again!
The homes are beautiful and well maintained. This was the perfect place for our extended family to be together. Everything with our stay went so smoothly. The check in and check out was so well organized. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and sweet as she helped everyone as they arrived. It was also very helpful to have text updates! Great locations to everything we would need.

Perfect for Us!
We loved our stay at Arcadia! Pristinely clean Villas were ready for us to accommodate a large family reunion. There was space for everyone including enough bedrooms & baths. We found the gathering areas large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen allowed great food prep space and plenty of eating space as well. Having the water park so close was so fun for all, but especially the children. The request was . . . can we do this again next year??? We'll plan to repeat this experience in the future. Floor plans are fantastic and furnishings tasteful, but also durable. I wasn't afraid of items being broken or ruined. What a relief. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.

Lots of fun -- even in bad weather
We stayed during Spring Break in a very unusual cold snap. We kept remarking how glad we were that we were staying here with the very heated pool, clubhouse for all ages, and convenient location. We hope to stay again.

Great Family Gathering
We had so much fun staying here for my mom’s 60th birthday weekend. We loved the spacious gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms for the bedrooms. We even used the office as a room for a baby in a pack n play. The only things that could use some improving was the kitchen wasn’t super well stocked. Would be nice to have some plastic plates/cups and measuring cups :)

Awesome for Family Reunions
My aunt and I booked this for our family reunion and it was perfect for having so many babies and toddlers! Beautiful spaces, plenty of room, kitchen was labeled in detail so we knew where to find everything. Wifi was a little finicky sometimes but it worked fine. We’ll be back!

BEST DECISION EVER!!!
We, as parents, gave this trip as a Christmas gift to our 5 adult children and spouses, and our 23 grandchildren. We had all with us there except 2 of the grandkids, so 33 people. We rented two houses side by side, and this place was amazing! The accommodations were perfect for us, and the hot tubs at each house for our personal use were definitely a favorite. We enjoyed everything about the pool area, slides, hot tubs, lazy river etc. The grandkids and adults absolutely loved the upstairs game room at the clubhouse. We spent some fun times there, with family competitions and a lot of bonding time together. We were also able to spend a day in Zion Park, which was gorgeous and amazing. Everything about this time at Arcadia was outstanding: wonderful accommodations that were clean and beautiful with everything we needed to cook our meals, and lots of room for our big family gatherings. The facilities are just perfect. We thank you for putting up with our big group and for helping us create lasting memories! We would come back in a heartbeat, and hope to do so!

Great family vacation site
Arcadia was a great place for a reunion of 32 family members. We had two units next to each other, and in close proximity to the pools, that met our needs perfectly. The location was ideal for family swimming, incredible hiking and close to pickle ball courts and a nice grocery store. The Arcadia people were all very accommodating and actually act like they are pleased to have you as a guest. Every interaction we had with Arcadia was very satisfying. We had 32 very happy family members at the end of our vacation.

Great family vacation spot
We had an extended family get-away (31 people) in two adjacent units. The units are roomy, beautiful, clean and filled with every imaginable amenity. There was something for everyone. The pool/clubhouse area was a real hit. The location is close to grocery store and restaurants for takeout. We would definitely go there again! We felt it as kind of pricey but who can put a price on family togetherness.
